English Simone is a health policy strategist, education professional, and organizational consultant committed to advancing mental, behavioral, and social wellness across communities. With over a decade of leadership experience, she partners with nonprofits, public agencies, and mission-driven organizations to design sustainable, equity-centered programs that drive measurable impact.

English holds a Master of Art in Law — Health Law & Policy and, as of May 2026, will hold a Master of Arts in Teaching — Special Education. With academic foundations in Psychology and African American Studies, her multidisciplinary expertise informs a holistic, culturally responsive approach to systems change, youth development, and family-centered care.
